The heat feature is nice to have. The pen itself feels like cheap material and a little dented in some areas, probably during printing. The vibration is ok it’s a little much for the head but I think the heat and shape is worth it.

The overwhelming feeling of relief after one use of this product not only helped my TMJ, but able to use it on different flare ups in my chronically ill body. Even with all the medicine there is to relieve inflammation, myTMJ Pen is reliable, easily used, and overall worth every pretty penny. My fiancé is a biomedical engineer and he had shared this with me and I knew I had to have it. We were both so impressed by the pen, the case being so well done, the buttons and switches work perfectly, and the heated angled tip is perfection.

This pen works great to massage away tension in my neck muscles. The heat and vibration melts the tension from my neck and allows me to focus and sleep. Thank you for a great product

I got the device as a gift from one of my clients who is a dentist. I use it for me and in my medical massage studio. It’s well done and efficient. I started seeing results after the first time I used on me. Today a client of mine asked me for the website and she is ordering one now.
A piece of advice for anyone who gives it one star: The device is excellent for treating TMJ. After you get it, give yourself five minutes, read the instructions and then use it. Good luck.
